Every waking moment of every day we make decisions base on what we believe to be so. Rarely are we conscious of our underlying assumptions and even more rare is an awareness of the basis for those assumptions. This seems to me to be the gravest danger, and the greatest opportunity for humanity: the danger is that we exterminate ourselves from a lack of self-awareness; the opportunity is that we wake up! and create a better future for our children and all of life on this earth.

In late 2005, Kevin Jones approached me about working on a project that would create a market discovery tool for the "markets that invest in good" xigi.net is the result of that collaboration. xigi is a great project with a dynamic core team comprised of Kevin, Mark Beam, Sara Olsen and Tim Freuendlich .
